Directions
- On freshly cleansed skin, apply HD Effect Face Primer all over the face. A pea-sized amount will work!
- Next, apply HD Effect Under Eye Primer to the lids and under-eye area. Let the primers soak into the face for a couple of minutes prior to applying cosmetics.
- Once you have finished your makeup application, spritz the face with an All Day Setting Spray to keep everything in place!
